Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026 · Operated by KwikCall AI LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OTP Route website, dashboard, developer console, REST API, webhooks, temporary verification numbers, dedicated virtual numbers and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by KwikCall AI LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as OTP Route, with its principal office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, #4948, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("OTP Route", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to it.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address that you control, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity performed with your API keys, and for keeping your password, two-factor authentication device and keys confidential. You may sign in with email and password or, optionally, with a Google account; we strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication (TOTP). Sign-in and sign-up forms are protected by automated bot detection.

You may not create accounts by automated means, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or enforcement actions, or share a single account in a way that obscures who is responsible for its use. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or keys have been compromised.

2. The Service

OTP Route is a business-to-business platform for routing and receiving one-time passwords and for operating phone numbers. It includes:

  • OTP Gateway — temporary verification numbers ordered per service and country, used to receive a one-time password within a limited activation window;
  • Dedicated virtual numbers — United States and Canada numbers rented for prepaid terms paid from your wallet, with inbound SMS, outbound SMS and outbound browser calling;
  • Developer tools — API keys, webhook endpoints, delivery logs, usage analytics and documentation.

Phone numbers and message delivery depend on telecom carriers and upstream providers that are outside our control. Inventory, availability and price for each service and country vary over time. We do not guarantee that a number will be available for any particular service or country, or that any particular third party will send an SMS to a number we provide.

3. API keys and webhooks

API access is authenticated with secret keys. Treat keys as passwords: store them securely, do not embed them in client-side code, and revoke any key you believe has been exposed. Requests made with your keys are treated as made by you.

Use of the API is subject to the rate limits and quotas that apply to every account, currently 300 requests per minute, up to 10 API keys and up to 5 webhook endpoints. We may throttle or reject requests that exceed those limits or that threaten the stability of the Service. Webhook deliveries are signed; you are responsible for verifying signatures and for operating endpoints that are publicly reachable over HTTPS. We may disable an endpoint that repeatedly fails or that points to a non-public address.

4. Wallet and payments

The Service is prepaid and pay as you go. There are no plans, no subscription and no monthly account fee. You fund a wallet denominated in US dollars and charges for activations, dedicated numbers, outbound SMS and calls are debited from it. You may top up by card, processed by our payment processor with 3-D Secure where applicable, or with supported stablecoins (USDT or USDC).

  • Crypto deposits are credited only when the exact amount displayed at checkout is sent on the selected network. Transfers of a different amount, on a different network or to a different address cannot be credited.
  • Coupons are applied automatically at checkout when eligible, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time before use.
  • Wallet credit is non-transferable, may only be used for the Service, and is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
  • Invoices are generated and emailed to you automatically.

Prices for activations are dynamic per service and country and are shown in the dashboard and through the API before you order. Prices for dedicated numbers and usage rates for outbound SMS and calls are shown in the dashboard. Prices and rates may change; changes apply to future charges only. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may lock your account while it is investigated, reverse any credit associated with the disputed payment and close the account. Please contact us first — most billing issues can be resolved quickly by email.

5. Activations

An activation reserves a temporary number for one service in one country for a limited window, typically about 20 minutes. The price is debited from your wallet when the activation is created, and you only pay if the code arrives: if no SMS is received before the window closes, if the number cannot be issued, or if you cancel the activation after the provider cooldown, the full price is refunded to your wallet automatically. Once a code has been received, the activation is consumed and is not refundable.

Temporary numbers are short-lived by design. They may be reassigned after the activation ends and must not be relied on for account recovery, long-term login or any purpose that requires continued access to the number.

6. Dedicated numbers

Dedicated numbers are available in the United States and Canada and are rented for prepaid terms. The term price is debited from your wallet when the number is provisioned. Where auto-renew is enabled, the next term is collected from your wallet 24 hours before the current term ends; if the renewal cannot be collected by the end of the term, the number is released. You may release a number at any time. Term fees are not refunded once a term has started, including when you release a number early, except where the number cannot be provisioned, in which case the term price is returned to your wallet.

Numbers remain the property of the relevant carrier or provider. You receive a right to use a number during a paid term only, and released numbers may be reassigned to others. You are responsible for complying with all laws and carrier rules that apply to messages you send and calls you place, including consent, content and identification requirements.

7. Acceptable use

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Legitimate uses include QA and testing, CI pipelines, privacy-preserving sign-ups, verification flows and operational lines. Fraud, ban evasion, fake engagement, spam and any use that breaches the terms of a third-party platform are prohibited.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify, add or remove features, endpoints, services or countries. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice. The API is versioned, and we aim to maintain backwards compatibility within a version.

9. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any personal data you submit to the Service or receive through it, and for having a lawful basis to process it. SMS content received on numbers you use is made available to you and retained for up to 90 days, after which it is purged.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, documentation, design and trademarks, is owned by OTP Route and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing service from the Service, except to the extent permitted by law. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend, lock or terminate your account, revoke keys or release numbers immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law or a carrier, if your use creates risk for us or others, or in connection with a chargeback. Where an account is terminated for breach, remaining wallet credit may be withheld to the extent permitted by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any third party will deliver an SMS to a number, that a code will arrive within any particular time, or that a number will be accepted by any particular platform.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTP Route will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless OTP Route from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content or messages, or your breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

16. General

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date; for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or sale of the business. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and KwikCall AI LLC (OTP Route) regarding the Service.
